The new Broadway Business Centre, bordered by main arterial Broadway Boulevard and the future N2 Freeway, is an expected project of R50 million. Approval has been obtained to rezone this property for commercial, industrial and high density residential purposes. Sections have already been sold off to Shoprite, Caltex, Asrin Property Developers and Kunye Properties.
